When preparing to ship your unused diabetic supplies to us, please ensure each box is in acceptable condition. If your package is delivered to us with dents, tears, or water damage, or if the expiration date is less than nine months from the day we receive it, we will send it back to you. Unlike other companies that buy diabetic supplies for cash, we don’t consider damaged boxes as donation. Just include a return shipping label and your testing strips will be on their way back to you!
